According to information obtained by our friends at Bittenandbound, Lane Kiffin spent time fraternizing with co-eds, allegedly doing more than just tossing back a few cold beers.
Sources reveal that boosters maintained a downtown apartment for the former Tennessee head coach that was commonly referred to as Kiffin’s “rendezvous place.”
Sources also say that when Kiffin returned to Knoxville after the Tennessee-Kentucky game, a local sports bars opened for Kiffin, a group of boosters and several co-eds late that evening. Kiffin, the co-eds and some of the boosters left the club and moved the party to the downtown apartment.
In a separate incident, sources say that Kiffin was allegedly involved in a car accident while driving a vehicle provided by Lexus of Knoxville. There were also several co-eds in the car. Kiffin, who had been drinking, was picked up by a neighbor and left the girls at the scene. The car was reportedly returned to the dealership with extensive damage the following day.
