Health Care Proposal To Cost $829 Billion Over 10 Years

The Congressional Budget Office concluded Wednesday that the compromise health care proposal widely seen as having the best chance to win bipartisan support would cost more than $820 billion over the next 10 years.
According to CNN, the CBO’s analysis differs slightly from the Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus’ estimate. He said that the revised bill would cost roughly $900 billion.
