Michael Jackson’s Million Dollar Funeral
According to court documents that were recently released, Michael Jackson’s funeral expenses totaled nearly $1 million.
A judge authorized the Jackson estate’s special administrators to pay for cemetery and funeral charges totaling $855,730. The administrators will also reimburse Janet Jackson with $49,372 — the amount she paid of the $103,578 initial contract with Forest Lawn. The administrators are allowed to pay the remaining $54,206 balance as well.
