House Passes Cap-and-Trade (H.R. 2454)
After months of negotiations and intense bargaining, the House of Representatives has passed the Cap-and Trade bill, H.R.2454, by a vote of 219-212.
The majority of Republicans opposed the bill, calling it nothing more than an energy tax in disguise.
