Emily Sander (Zoey Zane) Killer Charged: Bond set at $3 Million
Israel Guadalupe Mireles, the man charged with the murder of Emily Sander, has been extradited from Mexico 
to Kansas where he made his first appearance in the Butler County District Court this morning.
Mireles has been charged with capital murder, rape and aggravated criminal sodomy in the November 2007 death of Emily Sander, an 18 year old Butler Community College Student. Bond has been set at $3 million.
Emily Sander, who was also known as Zoey Zane on an internet porn site, was last seen leaving a bar with 24 year old Mireles on November 23, 2007. Her body was discovered six days later 50 miles east of El Dorado.
