Ft. Hood Was Murderous Hatred Unleashed
With all the PC BS bouncing off the walls, amplified by the pithy prouncements of Dr. Phil and other apologists, Major Nidal Malik Hasan’s massacre at Ft. Hood must be regulated to the same genre as the attacks of 9/11 – an act of Islamic fanaticism.
Words escape most of us in our revulsion to another display of terrorism that has an all-too-familiar signature.
In her incisive Wall Street Journal article, Dorothy Rabinowitz illuminates the frightening and pathetic attempts to placate these acts of wholesale violence with the hint of justification.
She states: “To kill your fellow Americans—as many as possible, unarmed and in the most helpless of circumstances, while shouting “Allahu Akbar” (God is great), requires, of course, only murderous hatred—the sort of mindset that regularly eludes the Dr. Phil’s of our world as the motive for mass murder of this kind.’
I urge everyone to read Dorothy Rabinowitz’s column and review for yourselves the reality and connection of what we faced on November 6, 2009 – and faced on September 11, 2001.
We must never forget and always be vigilant.
